Volunteers in Action

Faith Community Service Fund is a great place to volunteer.

You can be satisfied in knowing that you truly are helping to meet the communities’ needs. At Faith Community Service fund we value all of our volunteers. Everyone has talents! Volunteers are the backbone to our organization and we could not accomplish our mission without them! We not only give support to our volunteers but also tools to develop their skills. And there are many different opportunities for volunteering: whether making phone calls, approving funds, meeting with families, fundraising, serving volunteers or serving on our Board- we have a place for you. If you would like to volunteer and make a difference contact Jenny at vols@faithnet.info

Cyndi has been a part of the Faith Net team for about two years. A wife and mother of four, she also has seven grandchildren.  Cyndi’s parents live with her and will celebrate their 60th anniversary. She likes to spend time with her family, friends and church small group. Cyndi’s profession testifies to her enjoying making a difference in peoples’ lives: she is a Special Education teacher’s assistant.  She has been on five mission trips, taking her to San Pedro Sula, Honduras and Chihuahua, Mexico.  She is also on the benevolent committee at Westview Church of Christ in Greeley, Colorado. Cyndi says that she really enjoys kids and people of all ages, it’s her passion. Cyndi volunteers with FCSF because she enjoys "making a difference in peoples’ lives."

Pat has been a part of FCSF for about three and a half years, serving as an intake interviewer and part of the Faith Net team. A wife of 32 years, she has three children and six grandchildren.  When she is not volunteering Pat enjoys going out to dinner and going to the Greeley Stampede, but mostly of all spending time with her grandkids.

Pat volunteers often - she keeps her church food pantry serving families and prepares food boxes for those in need.  In 2008 she fed the homeless in the park every Sunday. Pat’s dream job is to work with the homeless, to run a shelter helping homeless grow into the people they can be. Pat loves people; this is why she likes to volunteer with FCSF.  She likes to talk to people in need and loves to hear their stories.
